"Impressive stone structure, large balcony with a figurehead of a woman, mansard roof. Alternation of stone floral motifs with iron in the window and balcony protections. Located in front of the Aveiro estuary canal, the Museu da Cidade e da República dates from the end of the 19th century, and was remodeled in 1933 to become a café: it was the Café Rocio and the former Casa João das Neves Ferro."
