Hebron Cemetery is on a country road a few miles southwest of Canute. The small and well tended cemetery has about one hundred and sixty grave markers. Many of these are infants. The history of the cemetery is as follows: on July 28, 1919, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Dugan deeded a portion of their farmland to Deacons of the Hebron Baptist church. It stated on the deed that this land was already being used as a cemetery.
