A brick building situated on the corner of King Street and Palmerin Street, The building constructed in 1910-11 has substantial frontages to both streets, with a two-storey central corner block which is square in plan, and single-storey wings extending both frontages. The brickwork is tuck pointed with rendered pilasters capped by finials above the parapet. Shop fronts are original plate glass.
