The two storey sandstone building, erected in 1900, with a symmetrical street facade has an arched sandstone arcade to the ground floor, consisting of four central arched bays supporting a verandah to the first floor, with two smaller arched bays on either side.The verandah has timber batten balustrade and french doors with fanlights.
