Outer ring reads "City of Los Angeles Dept of Public Works Benchmark", inner ring reads "Bureau of Engineering Survey Division". Inner circle currently covered with yellow paint and reads: "Elevation Above Sea Level", followed by a central cross mark symbol, and then "672.22 FT" and "110.10L3".
