This is a uniquely painted dinosaur that is located in the F.C.A. Sculpture Garden, across from the Cañon City Library. He is painted purple, with white spikes and white skeletal bones outlining his entire form, head to tail! The stegosaurus is about 6' long and 4' wide, and sits atop a 3' high pedestal in the landscaping of the garden. He faces a second dinosaur that is also purple. There is a surprising amount of detail in the bones of the dinosaur, especially along the spine. There are a couple of bandaids painted on the poor guy, as well.
