This Pennsylvania Department of Highways (P.D.H.) Elevation Disk is located on a concrete bridge over a small creek along Route 18 in Hartstown, Pennsylvania. The disk is embedded into the southeast abutment of the bridge. The disk is marked, "P.D.H. Elev." There are no other markings and no year stamped on the disk. The bridge is only a few hundred feet north of a Dollar General store. It is recommended that anyone intending to visit the mark park in the Dollar General parking lot and walk to bridge.
