Mount Carmel Cemetery is located near I-35 and highway 412. The town of Perry was established in 1893.

A sign posted at the entrance gate states that Mount Carmel Cemetery was established April 4, 1898. Heading north on I-35, take the last exit before Highway 412 (Quail), cross over to your left, and the cemetery will be on the left side at the first intersection. From Highway 412, you can head south on N3180 Road.
The main gate is locked, but to the west of it is a small pedestrian gate. The cemetery is mowed and maintained. Access may temporarily be difficult as construction is being done on both roads bordering the cemetery.
