Allegheny College Survey - Meadville, PA - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

This survey mark is located at the campus of Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. The mark is a square plate set in concrete at the north end of the "Rustic Bridge," just to the northwest of the Newton Observatory. Stamped on the plate is "Allegheny College Survey" and "Do Not Disturb." There is also a small circle in the center, with a cross over it.

The Rustic Bridge was originally built in 1910, but has been rebuilt a number of times, most recently in 1993.
