St. Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Church was designed in the Romanesque Revival style by architect Arthur A. Smith. The congregation was organized in 1916. This is their second church built on this site in 1944.

A set of steps leads up to a pair of double wooden door entrances set within rounded arches. Above the entrances is a set of three stained glass windows, the center window is taller than the flanking windows. Below the roof is scalloped brickwork. Flanking the central section, set apart by rectangular brickwork are a pair of side sections with a rectangular window on the lower level and a taller window with rounded top both on the front and side. Above each section is a gilded onion dome turrets. The central turret being larger that the side turrets. Each spire is topped by a Russian Orthodox cross.

The sides of the church each have two large windows with rounded tops set within rounded arches. The arms of the transept extend from the main block of the church. The west extension has a ramp leading up to an auxiliary entrance and the east arm has stairs leading up to an auxiliary entrance.
