The mausoleum, is plain structure with a few frieze art decorations and an ornate bronze gates in front of the door. The gate is now chained and padlocked, giving rise to the impression of some vandalism having occurred in the recent past.

History:
I assume the family buried her here not her husband. The tall column tombstone standing next to the mausoleum is the tombstone of her family, all of which are buried in this cemetery. Her husband is buried in Bellefontaine Cemetery in St. Louis.
