Paul Lobeek and Richard Delsing wanted to make a career move and both sold their IT company. They bought the building at Molenstraat 3 in Lochem to start an ice cream parlor here. In the past, there already was an ice cream parlor here, owned by an Italian family.
They bought all the recipes as well for making delicious Italian ice cream from the previous owner. All ice cream is made here in the workshop. The cream for the ice cream is bought fresh from an organic dairy farm in the neighborhood.
Now they can make 34 types of ice cream, of which 24 are always in stock. The usual varieties such as strawberry ice cream are available, but also very special ones such as ice cream with the famous cinnamon cake from baker ten Broeke from Lochem. The range is very wide. Ice cream is sold in cones, on waffles and in coupes.
Also sale of coffee, pastries, milkshakes and so on. Another speciality are the ice cream cakes that you can buy for special occasions such as Christmas. For the catering industry, 2.5 and 5 litre packs are supplied.
