Because this area is close to the University, it is located at very crowdy area. the policemen at this this Koban (the Japanese word which means "Satellite Police Station") work hard to keep peace in this area.

I have had NO problems with taking photos of Police stations but please respect the fact that some services may be nervous about having their photo taken and inquire as to why...
