es: "La casa de los Paredes-Saavedra, reformada en el siglo XVI, tiene restos de una torre desmochada más antigua, dos ajimeces de granito y ventanales góticos.
Aunque se construyó en los siglos XV y XVI, presenta distintos estilos arquitectónicos, como la ventana mudéjar, que tiene el parteluz de pizarra, o la ventana gótica, que está enmarcada por un alfiz.
La puerta principal, en arco de medio punto, y la ventana superior destacan por sus grandes dovelas almohadilladas.
Actualmente se está reformando para la instalación de un establecimiento hotelero de gran lujo.
Recomendaciones: Es precioso el esgrafiado que adorna una de las ventanas laterales y los escudos de las familias Paredes-Saavedra y Paredes-Golfín."
