Gunnarsö Camping is located about 2.5km south of the town of Oskarshamn in an archipelago by the Baltic Sea. The campsite has a public and free, but also unsupervised bathing facility with a catwalk and a diving board. This has a platform at 5m, 7m and 10m height, two separate springboards with a height of 1m and 3m is right next to it.

The diving platform is not illuminated enough, so jumping after dusk is not recommended due to the increased risk of injury. In addition, according to the camping rules, the tower may not be used between midnight and 7 a.m. due to the prescribed night's rest.
