Little Food Pantry -- New Ulm TX USA - Little Free Pantry on Waymarking.com

This little free food pantry is located in front of the St. John Lutheran Church in New Ulm TX. Although it is out in the open, it's also situated so that someone can have privacy and dignity when taking items they need from this small food pantry.

The pantry itself is stocked with healthy staples and canned goods to feed hungry bodies and souls. On the day Blasterz visited, we found the following items in the pantry:

1 box of dried spaghetti
1 bag of dried elbow pasta
4 bags of dried pinto beans
1 bag of black-eyed peas
1 bag of dry white rice
2 cans of green beans
1 can of black beans
A 1-pound jar of peanut butter
2 cans of chicken noodle soup
2 cans of green peas
1 can of extra hot diced tomatoes & green chiles (this is Texas, y'all)
1 jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce
3 new toothbrushes
1 tube of Sensodyne toothpaste

Unfortunately since we were coming back from Port Lavaca heading to College Station then Arlington and then home, we did not have anything to add otherwise we would've been very happy to donate to this worthy effort to feed the hungry.
