This single-leaf bascule style bridge is located in Matlacha, Florida on CR 78. The bridge connects Matlacha and Pine Island to Cape Coral.

Opened on November 18, 2012 the bridge replaced a similar concrete bridge that had been built in 1968. Unlike the Sanibel Causeway bridge there is no toll to cross this bridge.
