This light rail bridge is part of a circuit that takes children (and others) on a train ride around Meadowlake Park. The train (and other attractions here) are sponsored and operated by Kiwanis of Enid.
The Person(s):

The bridge is named in honor of Al Braithwaite and Bill Haney, two members of Kiwanis of Enid who were instrumental in rebuilding this bridge after it was destroyed in a flood in October 1973.
