Some information from their website:
"At the place where the chapel now stands, religious services had already been held since 1892 in the old dilapidated farmhouse of Cornelis Eikendal, of which the inner walls had been broken away for this purpose.
The foundation stone of the chapel was laid in August 1904 by the then youngest pupil of the Sunday school Henderika van Laar. On the facade the text EVANGELISATIE LOKAAL DER NED. HERV. GEM. was applied. Above the entrance there was an awning and at the back of the gabled roof of the nave there was a simple open roof chapel.
Already on Sunday afternoon, November 6 of that year, the building was officially inaugurated. Reverend Hattink of the Great Church in Apeldoorn spoke of "the speedy fulfillment of his last year's wish to have a new room erected at Hoog Soeren, where Bible readings, catechesis and Sunday schools could be held and where also the youth association and the singing association could hold their meetings".
