This clock is located in the roundabout of the entrance to Capital Crossing Plaza in Raleigh, North Carolina. The three tiered tower is constructed of stone with four pedestals at the base with green metal roofing. The second tier is four sided stone with a window in each side. The third tier houses the clock and is four sided stone with green metal roofing with an ornate trim piece at the top. There is a clock face on each of the four sides. The face of the clocks is white with black linear markings for the hour and black hands. There is a word printed on the clock face but it is illegible from the ground. Each clock face has black trim around it.
