Dental Depot is on the east side of Penn, between Memorial Rd. and N.W. 150th Street. The red/green/black #16 engine has a bell at the top with a thin rope that winds thru the conductor's window so everyone can ring it. The bell is about 1 foot tall and is attached between the two domes.
