There are no signs to be found, but the Concrete Trail is referenced on the trail map at the restroom that is just a few feet away. The trail itself begins in front of one of the handicapped parking spaces at the south end of the parking lot at West Elm Park, and frankly, it offers the best view of the Trinity River that you'll find from the trail itself: Those capable of hiking the ten mile stretch between Aubrey and Denton will see some sights, to be sure, but bushwhacking is required to get up close and personal with the river.

For those who are unable to make the return walk, there's a restroom, picnic area, and even more parking at the end of the trail at East Elm Park. Take a break, or have someone come pick you up.

The trail is for pedestrians and cyclists, although dogs are welcome so long as they're on a leash.
