This should be an easy-off, easy-on location, and at some hours of the day it is, but beware of bumper-to-bumper traffic at the intersection of these two major highways where you may sit through multiple lights. This is one of just many dining opportunities in this growing area, where there are multiple fuel stations and a Buc-ee's. The table service is excellent, and while there are no places to plug in, the IHOP has free wi-fi with a pretty good signal. All one needs to do is connect to the SSID, accept their terms, and off you go. One quirk I observed was that my browser's secure DNS didn't work and I had to use the IHOP's.
