Fairfax is located between Burbank and Ralston, west of Gray Horse. This is a well maintained cemetery with many mature shade trees on the grounds. At the northeast corner of the cemetery are many members of the Bigheart (Chief Peter Bigheart) and Tallchief (Maria Tallchief) families of the Osage Tribe.
Entrances to the cemetery are on the north and east sides.
