The iron clock cabinet, painted black with gold highlights sits atop an eight foot fluted post also painted black with gold trim. There is a small brick flower bed around the base of the pedestal. The two clock faces are white and round with 12 black Arabic numerals and minute ticks. The hands are black spade design. At the top of the cabinet "INC. 1832 MARTINSBURG" is printed.
