Whitbourne's former railway station is now home to municipal offices. The display of rail cars is on tracks beside the station.

There is no fence around the rail cars but there probably should have been. The cars are not surviving well.

The Terra Transport (former CN) 940 locomotive is one of six GMD NF210s on display in Newfoundland. For Newfoundland's narrow-gauge railway, NF210 locomotives were heavy, being used only on the main line and the Placentia branch.
