This outdoor altar is located on the grounds of the Pennsylvania Military Museum in Boalsburg, Pennsylvania. Above the stone altar is a statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe and a small bell. A engraved stone on the front of the altar states:

Erected by his friends, officers

Boal's estate, where he is buried, is just across the road from the Pennsylvania Military Museum.
