This water tower is a cylinder with a domed top. It is supported by four metal legs and stands in an open field on the northwest corner of N. 5th Street and Kansas Avenue.

The tank has the name of the town - OKARCHE - painted on it. The tank was placed in 1937 and has a benchmark located at its top.
