[EN] A paddling pool for small children in a park named after Marshal Mannerheim. Its depth is not known, but probably about 30 cm. The bottom of the pool is beautiful blue and has wide slate tiling at the edges. The pool is about 3 meters wide and 12 meters long

The concrete wading pool was originally from 1936 and surrounded by stone slates from 1953. The pool is owned by the City of Turku and has an efficient water purification system installed. The water circulates through the equipment and is actually filled with drinking water.

There are no changing rooms or other services on site. There is no lifeguard either. There is no supervisor in the pool. All children swimming in it are the responsibility of their parents. The pool is only open during the summer months. There are benches next to the pool and a large rocky place where you can also sit. The swimming pool is in Mannerheim Park, which has poor parking spaces on the edges, but there are better parking spaces near the nearby St. Michael's Church.

Betonirakenteinen kahluuallas on alun perin vuodelta 1936 ja sitä ympäröivät liuskekivet vuodelta 1953. Altaan omistaa Turun kaupunki ja siihen on asennettu tehokas veden puhdistusjärjestelmä. Vesi kiertää laitteiston lävitse ja on oikeasti juomavedellä täytetty.

Paikalla ei ole pukeutumistiloja tai muita palveluja. Hengenpelastajaa ei myöskään ole. Altaalla ei ole valvojaa. Kaikki siinä uivat lapset ovat vanhempiensa vastuulla. Allas on auki vain kesäkuukausina. Altaan vieressä on penkkejä sekä suuri kallioinen paikka jossa voi myös istuskella. Uima-allas on Mannerheimin puistossa jonka reunoilla on huonosti parkkipaikkoja, mutta läheisen Mikaelinkirkon lähellä on parkkipaikkoja paremmin.
