Saint John Nepomucene Catholic Cemetery, also known as Pilsen Cemetery, is directly east of the church of the same name. There are about a thousand graves here. The cemetery has a memorial to Chaplain Emil Joseph Kapaun, the most decorated chaplain in U.S. military history and currently a candidate for sainthood; there is a small museum dedicated to Kapaun at the church.
