"The sculpture 'Tree of Life' designed by the artist Marte Röling was commissioned by the Moerman Promotion Vlissingen Foundation as part of a 2006 jubilee and was donated to the city of Vlissingen. This foundation regularly supports art and cultural activities from the fund that stimulate the development of the art climate in Vlissingen."
