The "then" photo is of Erie Business College, located on West 9th Street in downtown Erie, Pennsylvania in the 1940s. This photo was published in the book, Erie Reflections, Volume Two in 2003 (p. 131). According to the same book, "Erie Business Center opened its doors in 1884 as Clark's Business College and quickly became one of the foremost business training institutions in our part of the country." By 1932, the name was changed to Erie Business College. The name was later changed a second time to Erie Business Center. The "now" photo shows the building as it is in 2021. The business college has closed and the building has been converted to apartments.
