Maleriet forestiller en mand der vander byens vartegn, Klokketårnet. Faktisk er der 8 klokketårne i forskellige størrelser, og alle plantet i en urtepotte.
Gavlmaleriet er malet på en murstensvæg. Flere af de små klokketårne er dog små skulpturer lavet af cement og derefter malet i klokketårnet farver, gul med rødt og sort tag. . Så billedet ender med af være tredimentionelt.
Til venstre for gavlmaleriet kan man se taget af det det rigtige Klokketårn.

The painting depicts a man watering the city's landmark, the Bell Tower. In fact, there are 8 bell towers of various sizes, all planted in a flowerpot.
The mural is painted on a brick wall. However, several of the small bell towers are small sculptures made of cement and then painted in the bell tower colors, yellow with a red and black roof. . So the mural ends up being three-dimensional.
