The Farmington Canal Heritage Trail is an 81.2-mile multi-use rail trail located in Connecticut and Massachusetts. At the west end of Phelps Road at the intersection with Quarry Road there is a large parking lot, portable toilets, and information kiosk and a DeroFixIt bicycle repair station.

The DeroFixIt repair station is installed on a concrete pad. It has a pole for mounting a bicycle by its seat post. A large assortment of tools is connected to the center of the post by metal cables. A nearby bicycle pump has a universal pump head. A QR code takes you to a website with common bicycle repair instructions. On the trail there is a sign pointing to the area of the toilets and the bicycle repair station.
