Calvary Cemetery - Elk City, OK - Worldwide Cemeteries on Waymarking.com

Calvary Cemetery, along with Fairlawn and East Fairlawn Cemeteries, all located together on N. Washington Avenue, are managed by the City of Elk City. Calvary is on the east side, immediately adjacent to the south of East Fairlawn.

There are 427 gravesites here at the time of this posting. With the exception of perhaps three dozen burials prior to 1945, most date from the 1960's to the present. The oldest grave we found dates back to 1907. On the paved drive on the north side of the cemetery, a bronze sculpture of Jesus on the cross is dedicated to former caretakers of the cemetery and was placed in 1996.
