This cut bench mark is at the bottom of the south face of the clock tower of the church.

The Cut Mark is on the bottom stone of the left hand side of the clock tower. The church is believed to date back as far as AD700 and is a Grade I Listed Building. There is an old wooden doorway near the cut mark which is either original, or a very old addition.
