Geladen werden kann das Fahrzeug über einen Typ-2-Stecker am Wechselstrom-Netz, ein Gleichstromanschluss ist nicht vorhanden. Eine Vielzahl verschiedener Anbieterkarten werden von innogy unterstützt, möchte man ohne Vertrag laden, kann man auch die Dienste von epowerdirect in Anspruch nehmen. Eine kWh kostet dabei zur Zeit der Erstellung des Waymarks 39 Euro-Cent plus 58 Euro-Cent Grundgebühr je Ladevorgang. Die maximal erlaubte Ladedauer in der Zeit zwischen 8 und 18 Uhr beläuft sich dabei auf 4 Stunden.
