This box is in Mark Twain Riverfront Park. It is near the fountain. It is on East Water Street near Baldwin Street. The park runs from Lake Street to Main Street. It is by the Chemung River and downtown Elmira.
The Elmira program to paint utility boxes has been going on for a few years.
Each side of the box is a different landscape. One side looks toward the river and a green hill on the other side. It has cat tails in the front.
Another side has trees and hills. A third side is an autumn view with yellows, reds and browns. The fourth side is white aspen trees in front of a brown hill.
