FR C'est un très petit cadran sur un mur sans enduit et en hauteur.
Il semble en pierre ou en moulage. Les chiffres romains en font le tour. Au centre, on trouve le blason et le nom de la ville de Carcassonne pourtant distante de 382 km par la route et 284 km à vol d'oiseau.
