This is a miniature bronze survey monument bolt, located in the south-facing foundation wall of the old Dresden Post Office (now the Dresden Municipal Centre). The bolt is "76 cm east of east wall of clock tower, 30 cm above sidewalk." The face of the bolt is approximately 2 cm in diameter.

The bolt is inscribed with the text "GSC / B.M. / 370." The monument is in good condition.
