"Horseheads Fire Dept. Firefighter Floyd Coon July 20, 198, Firefighter Randolph Belcher June 21, 1991, Chief Richard G. Sullivan April 5, 2006. They paid the ultimate price, lest we forget their sacrifice. Dedicated to the firefighters of Horseheads who have given their lives in the line of duty and to those who heroically serve with courage, pride and honor."
