As of this posting, this is the only Italian cuisine to be found in Snyder, the seat of Scurry County, TX, and it is well worth a visit. They have a sampler plate and the common favorites, and one can choose from a variety of pasta dishes with lamb, fish, chicken, shrimp, lobster, clams, and mussels, as well as hot and cold subs, pizza, and steaks -- this is Texas, after all. They have a small menu for the kids and a few appetizers and salads for starters. If you plan to have room for dessert, they have a small selection, including tiramisù and cannoli. In addition to the usual soft drinks and iced tea, they have a full bar, as well as a small selection of beer and a very nice wine list, although some of the offerings are a bit pricy. They have a very spacious restaurant, including some covered outdoor seating, and the service is very good.
