The bench seat and back rest are constructed of a brown composite material while the legs are a black composite material. It sits on three cement pavers on the side of the rail-trail.
The words, "Honoring Ken Franks 1954-2016 Beloved Husband Dad Pap & Friend", are engraved into the boards of the backrest.
Kenneth F. Franks, 61, Altoona, died Wednesday, June 1, 2016, as a result of a vehicular accident.
