The Paintbox program in Pittsfield, MA which started in 2016 was continued in 2020 with three new decorated utility boxes. Power and Peace was decorated by Stephanie Quetti and artist from ROPE.

The west side has a clenched fist representing Empowerment. Surrounding the fist are words of associated with types of empowerment. The east side has closed hand giving the V sign for victory and peace. Surrounding the hand are words of inspiration representing the "Community We Represent". The north and south sides are decorated with rainbow colors. The south side has BLM incorporated into the design. The north side has a group of three women representing the members of ROPE.
