Four Mile Creek in El Reno Oklahoma starts out at a discharge culvert that runs under Lake El Reno's dam. It is just off the cart path of the Crimson Creek Golf Club. It meanders thru the north part of the golf club, Adams and Burton Parks, and under two different railroad tracks of the Union Pacific Line on it's way northeast.
Easiest access is to park at the end of Fogg Drive and walk to the cart path to the north and head east along the bottom of the dam. An alternate is the way I did it - park at Crimson Creek Golf Club and walk the cart path from there, but that is longer.
