Though built in the traditional frontier bank architecture, this building does not have any built-in BANK notation. However, on the north wall, to the right of the corner entrance is a bronze plaque documenting the "Historic Bank Restoration and Community Medical Clinic" in 2013. Today, this building houses Stonewall's City Hall.
This is a two-story brick building with a flat roof and raised parapet. The upstairs windows are single, double-hung units with arched brick lintels. The northeast canted entrance has a wood/glass door with wood/glass sidelights and a segmented fixed transom. On the north elevation. A large fixed window next to the entrance has an arched segmented transom. Another large window at the northwest corner appears to be part of the remodel and is a large multi-paned fixed unit.
