The difficulty increases with the speed with which you attempt to finish the course.

The trail itself is asphalt finished and has white lines painted on the trail to direct direction and flow.
The exercise stations ate just off trail and therefore, dirty base, not asphalt.

Example station 11 is a "Hand Walk" and instructions are:
HAND WALK
with arms supporting body hand walk across parallel bars.
FITNESS INDEX
Beginner 1 time - Advanced increase to 3 times

BODY DIP
With arms supporting body, bend arms and lower body between bars. Raise body back to starting position by straightening arms.
FITNESS INDEX:
 Beginner: Repeat 2 times - Advanced: increase to 5 times.
