It is located in the northern part of the mall, along the south side of N. Mainstreet. The front of the store is facing north. When I visited on Easter 2021, it was open but required masks.
The store has no taffy and specializes in small chocolates. According to the website, this franchise is owned by Jim and Celeste Kelber. I am unsure when this location was opened as it was my first time visiting on Easter Sunday 2021. They do offer delivery likely with GrubHub or UberEats.
