This pair of basketball courts is on the Luther Burbank Middle School grounds in Lancaster, Massachusetts. They're to the southwest of the building.

The playing surface is unpainted blacktop without any boundary or interior lines. Long cracks mainly run the length of the surface with some shorter cracks heading perpendicular. The four fan shaped backboards are white with orange outlines, shooter's squares, and rims. The nets are steel cables coated in red, white, and blue vinyl. The goals are mounted to unpainted round galvanized metal poles, three of which are wrapped with worn-out pads. Play is along an east/west axis. There are no lights or seating.
