About the person: Not much is known about Biane. There is a small dedication plaque at the entrance that reads, "The San Bernardino County Second District Supervisor Paul Biane is pleased to have obtained specially designated County funding to help make the Cultural Center dream a reality for the community and is humbled to be recognized for his support. This Cultural Center will enrich many lives for years to come by providing a spectacular venue for the arts as well as an engaging Library filled with thousands of books, magazines and computers. From Playboy performances to celebration hall gatherings and Library storybook readings, every facet of this Cultural Center offers opportunities for people of all ages to learn, live and dream."
